On November 21, 2020, the MSU AA Howard County Chapter had its’ Annual Thanksgiving Food/Cash donation drive for the Howard County Food Bank in the Kahler Hall parking lot. At the same time, this year, DeLois Jeffers and her committee were on-site accepting pledges for the MSU AA Howard County Chapter “Let’s Give Something Back,” pledge drive.  So, obviously, there was a lot going on at the collection site. A lot of fun was had by all.

The committee was proud to represent the chapter at the Howard County Food Bank location when it presented them with checks and cash totaling $875.00 while, at the same time, we donated 450 pounds of food.  We usually total roughly $200 to $300 in cash and checks and 100 to 150 pounds of food. Awesome!!

Each of us should be proud of our giving spirit.

If there are any chapter members who weren’t able to get their donation into us, it is not too late, we will also be having our Annual Christmas Giving Project, December 12th, from 12 pm to 2 pm., at the Kahler Hall Parking Lot.

Also, at the same time, pledge cards can be picked up and dropped off.
